Key Skills:

Designing and developing end of the line testing procedure for a product/product family. Ensures production procedures efficiently utilize materials and personnel. Providing design direction for present and future powertrain electrical/electronic end-of-line test systems. Interfacing with product development and vehicle manufacturing areas to co-develop and integrate powertrain electrical systems with vehicle manufacturing end-of-line testing systems. Test and validate powertrain systems in vehicle using tools such as CDA, or CANalyzer. Facilitate the development of powertrain electrical/electronic testing with vehicle manufacturing areas and product development teams for powertrain electrical control systems. Coordinate end-of-line testing requirements documentation and hold reviews with product development areas and vehicle manufacturing development teams. Gather testing requirements and provide definition for software control algorithms. Work with vehicle releasing teams to resolve end-of-line testing related issues on vehicles using ALM tools.

Position Requirements:

Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Programming tools: SAS, MATLAB. Simulation tools: CDA, Simulink, Stateflow, MotoHawk, NI LabView, LMS Amesim, Minitab and DET CAD/CAE tools: CATIA V5, AutoCAD, Pro-E/Creo and Ansys Workbench. CAN tools: CanKing, CANape, CANoe, CANalyzer. Significant knowledge of End of the line process ADAS, Data acquisition systems, ISO 26262 and CAN communication protocol.

Annual Salary: $ $117,000.00/- to $120,000/- per annum.
