--  Very good experience in Pro-e Part Modeling, Large
     Assembly, Sheetmetal, Structures, Assembly modeling,
     Part and assembly Detailing
--  Exposure to Background Drawings
--  Exposure to Pro/Intralink preferable
--  Exposure to manufacturing environment will be an added
     advantage

Design Engineer
(Y10-02)
40 BE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering 5+ Years of total experience in Design Engineering
2+ years of Engine projects experience

--  Design and evaluate new engine Lines (Fuel Lines, Turbo
     oil lines, etc) including Adaptor selections, Material
     Selection for hose, Tube, etc, Brackets design as required
     and p-clips numbers/location and size, etc by talking to
     various cross-functional teams/Application Engineer
     across the organization
--  Fit-up analysis and stack-up analysis for all the designs
--  Co-ordinate with Analysis team and incorporate their
     suggestions as required in the designs.
--  Design related activities towards Current Product upgrade
     and maintenance.
--  Modeling/Detailing/EDN Updating of the designed lines
     in PRO-E and taking responsibility till release
--  Conduct Design reviews with Manufacturing, Assembly
     and other cross-functional teams as required
--  Participate / Support in APQP and CPPD process
--  Work experience using Pro-E and preferably SDP Fluid
     Lines
--  Good knowledge of GD&T and relevant manufacturing
     processes
--  Experience in Design of Hoses and Tubes
--  Exposure to emerging technologies in engine
     development

Design Engineer - Casting
(Y10-03)
20 BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering For BE - 3 Years and above experience and for DME 5 Years and above experience in design using Pro-e

--  Very good experience in Pro-e Part modeling, Assembly
     modelling,Part and assembly detailing
--  Sound Knowledge about Castings and Forgings. Must have
    modeled/Detailed Castings/Forgings Components
--  Basic Knowledge about Engines

Pro-Cabling Engineers
(Y10-04)
10  BE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering For BE - 2 Years and above experience in using Pro/E & Pro/Cabling

--  Very good experience in Pro/Cabling, Pro/ Diagram, Pro/E
     Part modeling, Assembly & Part and assembly detailing.
--  Knowledge of creating schematic diagrams, flattening and
     harness routing using Pro/Cabling
--  Basic knowledge of electrical fittings, harness and routing
     for automotive/earth moving equipment/aerospace
--  Exposure to SDP Electricals preferable
--  Exposure to Team Center Engg, EDN will be an added
    advantage

Virtual Modeler and Detailer
(Y10-05)
20 BE or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering Experience (4 to 8 yrs) with Engine/Power Train Installation, Engine familiarity, Team Center Engineering

--  Expert in Application engineering concepts wrt to Engine &
     Power Train, Ability to understand test cell testing
     requirements.
--  Expertise in sub system design of components of Engine
     and Power Train.
--  Expertise in packaging of Engine and Power Train within
     test cells
--  Expertise in Pro-e Part modeling, Assembly modeling, Part
     and Assembly detailing, Engine parts modeling
     methodologies in Pro-e. Creation of Group drawings & SDP
     Fluidlines.
--  Experience in Engine & Power Train Installation, Testing
     and Engine, Power Train Components Knowledge.
--  Experience in Hydraulics & Electrical routings
--  Engineering design aptitude, experience on Light fabs and
     related manufacturing processes would be the skill sets
     required for effective execution of the role.
--  Experience in OEM environment will be an added
     advantage

Analyst, Engine Performance
(Y10-06)
80 Masters / Bachelors in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering 3+ years (for M.E) or 5 + years (for B.E) work experience as engine performance & emission analyst.
Must have a thermal engineering background.
Exposure to Matlab, AVL Concerto, Sigma plot, DAT-K, Excel macros

--  Incumbent should have a thorough understanding of CRDI
     and ECM controlled engine systems and accessories
--  Candidate should understand engine control systems and
     set points. Candidate should be able to understand and
     compile test instructions to generate engine performance
     curves.
--  Physical Engine Testing experience/knowledge is a plus.
--  Candidate will be working for Tier4 engine rating
     development and knowledge of emission norms is
     required.
--  Candidate needs to be a good team player and must have
     good communication (via email and phone) skills in
     English to be able to communicate effectively with US/UK
     based teams

Application Engineer
(Y10-07)
10 BE / DME or
Dip. In Tool Design (NTTF / CITD)
NTTF candidates preferred
For BE - 4 Years and above experience and for DME or Diploma in Tool Design 6 Years and above experience in design using Pro-e

--  Very good experience in Pro-e Part modeling, Assembly
     modelling,Part and assembly detailing
--  Experience in tool design methodology and concepts,
     preferably hands on experience in Jigs & fixture design,
     template design
--  Should effectively coordinate projects with the offshore
     team

Solidworks Engineer
(Y10-08)
15 BE Mechanical / Production With 4+ years work experience --  Solidworks proficiency
--  GD & T
 
BIW/Bus Body/Crash/Metal forming/Drop test.
(Y10-09)
2 BE / ME - Mechanical 3-6yrs --  Core experience in LS Dyna / Radioss with automotive
     domain.
--  Good team leadership qualities to act in the role of
     project leader.
Engine Design & Development
(Y10-10)
1 BE / ME - Mechanical 5-7yrs --  Hypermesh / Abaqus. Knowledge in Engine Design &
     Development with exposure to Casting / Plastics &
     Composites.
--  Good team leadership & confident to Lead a project.
Project Manager
(Y10-11)
1 BE / ME - Mechanical 6-8yrs --  Knowledge of general engineering / Structural dynamics /
     non linear.
--  Skilled in Ansys classic & Workbench. Should possess
     good communication skills.
Project Leader
(Y10-12)
1 BE / ME - Mechanical 4-6yrs --  Knowledge of general engineering / Off Highway.
--  Skilled in Ansys & WorkBench.
--  Should have exposure in domains like Sheet Metal /
     Castings / Forgings.
--  Should have good team leadership skills.
Business Manager - Powertrain Systems
(Y10-13)
1 BE / M.Tech 8-10yrs --  Engine design & development knowledge.
--  Proficient in Abaqus / Ansys & some exposure to Pro/E
Interior / Plastics/Seatings
(Y10-14)
1 BE Mechanical 8-10yrs --  Business Manager for interior & plastics. Interior design
     & plastics knowledge.
--  All plastic moulding process. Automotive interiors /
     Composites in general engineering industries.
--  Should possess good leadership skills, high confidence
     level & excellent communication skills.
Project Manager - Powertrain Systems
(Y10-15)
2 BE Mechanical 5-7yrs --  Engine design & development knowledge. Skills in
     Hypermesh & Abaqus. Engine design & Analysis.
Engine Testing & Development
(Y10-16)
2 BE Mechanical 3-5yrs --  Engine testing & development knowledge.
--  All test procedures for performance, durability &
     emission development as per regulations.

Chassis Systems
(Y10-17)
2 BE Mechanical 5-8yrs --  Knowledge of chassis systems. Skills in Nastran / Ansys.
--  Some exposure to Catia V5 with strong CAE interaction.
--  Domain knowledge in Sheet Metal / Forging.(Automotive)
BIW & Door Systems for Automotive
(Y10-18)
1 BE Mechanical 5-8yrs --  Knowledge in BIW & Door Systems for Automotive.
