| Mr. Harish S. Mehta |
Mr. Harish Mehta is the founder of Onward Group.
He has 25 years of cumulative experience in the Indian Computer Industry and was one of the Chief Architects for realizing the Hinditron - Digital Joint Venture in India.
Mr. Mehta is the President of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) - Mumbai Chapter. He has been the Co-Founder & Former Chairman of the National Association of Software & Service Companies (NASSCOM).
He is also advisor to Novell (I) Ltd. subsidiary of Novell, Inc, USA.
Mr. Mehta is an Electrical Engineer from College of Engineering, Pune and a Master in Computer Science from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute, NY, USA.

| Mr. Pradip Dubhashi |
Mr. Pradip Dubhashi has expertise in management consultancy and finance related fields.
Mr. Dubhashi holds a BE in Electrical Engineering and a post graduation in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He held senior executive positions in SICOM, Mahindra Group and Venky Group. He is having in depth knowledge of various industries such as, Engineering, Cement, Chemicals and Specialities, Software and Biotechnology businesses. He has consulted for both Indian as well as foreign companies. He was also nominated on the Boards of Directors of various companies including as a nominee Director of financial institutions. He has attended several courses conducted by IIMA, IEEE, NCST, ASCI and others in advanced topics in finance, management and technology areas.

| Dr. Atul Wad |
Atul Wad has a Ph.D and M.S. from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. (Organizational Behavior and International Business, 1978) He also has a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, 1973).
Dr. Wad has over 25 years of experience in corporate strategy, sustainable business development, technology and trade in emerging markets in Africa, Asia and Latin America and the Caribbean as a consultant, entrepreneur and academic. Bringing a strong emphasis on sustainability and governance, he specializes in the different aspects of designing and implementing value added technology based ventures that build upon the competitive resources of these countries and that produce social and environmental returns in addition to private. He has been involved in starting or building such ventures in various sectors. He has been active in developing support systems for sustainable technology based ventures (incubators), advising such companies in technology strategy, management, marketing, corporate governance, community engagement, trade and strategic alliance formation, assisting in raising financing at various stages in the growth of these companies, providing policy analysis to governmental and international agencies in the technology and trade areas, and conducting policy research on the issues involved in sustainable business development in emerging markets. He has also taught, lectured and published in this field.
He is currently spearheading a major public-private partnership based program in India focused on Sustainable Innovation. The program is being promoted through a new company, Sustainable Technology Ventures that he has established.
He is a GATIC Fellow (Global Advanced Technology Innovation Consortium) at the Center for Technology and Innovation Management (CTIM), Northwestern University and President of Tambourine Technologies Inc.(TTI), a company he established to focus on sustainability and innovation in emerging market enterprises.

He was the founder President and Chief Executive of Systems Resources Corporation, a high tech company specializing in systems for military and law enforcement applications, information control systems, office automation, etc. He is currently the President of Aditi Inc., USA.
