- Outward Clearing
Details of outward clearing instruments of branches are entered and reconciled with credits from the local clearing center. Generation of long book, returns register, posting in sundry/suspense accounts and reconciliation are some of the functions covered under this module.
- Outstation Bills
This module logs details of various instruments received from outstation centers drawn on local banks and branches.
- Demand Daft
Many of these service branches are also handling payment of drafts, which are drawn on them. This module caters to the needs of such service branches.
- Housekeeping
As the name implies, this module maintains the various financial accounts and ledgers. Voucher preparation and posting, generation of daybook, general ledger, balance sheet and profit & loss statement are handled by this module. It enables reconciliation of branch, head office and local clearing center accounts.
